The 2020 ‘cartier Women Entrepreneur Award’ Is Officially Launched. Tribute To Women Entrepreneurs Worldwide, Praise The Pioneering And Innovative Spirit

The 2020 ‘The Cartier Women’s Initiative’ (The Cartier Women’s Initiative) has officially started recruiting, and the application deadline is 20 o’clock on August 14, 2019 (Beijing time).
   The Cartier Women’s Entrepreneur Award was co-founded by Cartier and the European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) in 2006 to find, support, and encourage businesses led by women entrepreneurs. Each year, three awardees are selected in each of the seven regions of Latin America and the Caribbean, North America, Europe, sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and North Africa, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Oceania, and a total of 21 female entrepreneurs.

   Long-standing global influence, actively promoting sustainable development
   The Cartier Women’s Entrepreneur Awards are for women from all countries, ethnicities and industries, and are designed to encourage women entrepreneurs around the world to meet the challenges of today’s world: Support and recognize outstanding women who have made practical efforts for future global development and Introduce these women’s entrepreneurial projects to the public to the greatest extent.
   Starting this year, the Cartier Women’s Entrepreneur Award has added a number of entry criteria, including:
   Entrepreneurial projects should be at the start-up stage, with an operating period of one to five years
   Financing amount of diluted capital must be less than $ 2 million
   Must meet at least one United Nations sustainable development goal
   All 21 finalists will receive one-on-one business training, media promotion and promotion, participation in a series of business coaching and social activities, and the 6-day European Institute of Business Administration (INSEAD) ‘Social Entrepreneurship Management Course’. Seven winners will each receive a prize of $ 100,000, and 14 finalists will each receive a prize of $ 30,000. In addition, Cartier and the European School of Business Administration will provide continuous support for the future growth and development of the enterprise, helping all award-winning female entrepreneurs to prepare for the long-term development and success of their business.
   ‘In less than a decade, the number of applications for the Cartier Women’s Entrepreneur Award has grown from 360 to more than 3,000 each year. Not only have the number of companies registered for participation increased, but the quality has also improved significantly.
